Preview the 2022 Career Transition Workshop, February 15-17

Kickstart the Next Step in Your Career

Join job-seekers, recruiters, and colleagues for the SAME Career Transition Workshop, being held Feb. 15-17 in Linthicum, Md. For those looking for their next opportunity, this in-depth experience will not only give you the opportunity to meet with recruiters from a wide range of companies but will give you a kickstart to the next step in your career.

While in the past this event has been geared predominately for veterans transitioning out of the service and into industry (and that is still a primary objective), the program has been enhanced to also offer valuable information and connections for other professionals who are looking for new career opportunities.

Whether you’re a junior officer or enlisted professional transitioning out of active duty, or a commanding officer retiring after serving for 20 or more years, or if you are just a professional looking for a change, there is no better time than now to attend the highly interactive, educational, Career Transition Workshop.

Job seekers will get a full preparatory experience: from resume and LinkedIn reviews, to robust education and recruiter interviews. Meanwhile recruiters get full access to a group of highly qualified individuals that are actively looking for positions in the A/E/C industry.

Workshop Highlights
  • Discover the current job outlook for A/E/C positions
  • Get resume and interview tips and strategies from experts
  • Hear recent transition experiences from job seekers like you
  • Network with other transitioning servicemembers and veterans
  • Enjoy FREE registration for SAME members who are transitioning military or currently unemployed
  • Submit your resume in advance to have it forwarded to employers who are looking to fill positions requiring your skill set
