P3 Bootcamp Coming to Capital Week

SAME, in partnership with National Council for Public-Private Partnerships, will present the P3 Bootcamp during the 2018 Capital Week in North Bethesda, Md., March 7. The workshop will give attendees proven strategies for successful public-private partnerships (P3).

Public-private partnerships, which are a contractual arrangement between a public agency (federal, state or local) and a private sector entity, are considered a catalyst for growth. Of the approaches benefits, through an agreement, the skills and assets of each party (public and private) are shared in delivering a service or facility for the use of the general public. In addition to the sharing of resources, each party shares in the risks and rewards.
